Glyphs: A Typographic Celebration

FINAL MAJOR PROJECT

A series of postcards designed ; with visual reference to Penguin books, to celebrate and educate the public on the use of glyphs and symbols within type. The postcards are designed to be used a tool to educate designers on the correct use of glyphs and to celebrate the industry. Alongside the postcards the glyphs are placed in the real world in destinations relating to typography, and in places where the glyphs spark interest in the public. The app is used in pairing with the installation,  you use the app to scan the glyph in real time and ‘collect’ the glyphs giving you the digital experience that the postcards provide.
